I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving weekend. We had a blast time joining Union Station for serving and sharing God's love to homeless and low income families at Central Park, Pasadenaon Thanksgiving day. Since we had such a great turn out (18 people show up) on Thanksgiving Day. We decided to do it again on Christmas Day! It will be the same format as we had on Thanksgiving Day, setting up tables and chairs around the park from 8-11am and lunch afterward. For those interested please sign up with Service Chair Alex Liao at 626-822-1508 or emailliao989@gmail.com. Please meet at church parking lot at 7:30am. Also, we had the largest attendance ever (23 people show up) with Maizie's Volleyball gathering last Saturday. I think it's obvious that we all need to work out after all the food from Thanksgiving weekend. By the way, the "Menudo" soup was amazing. Maybe we can ask Pastor Rivas's wife to give us some cooking lesson sometime in the future. What do you think Maizie? We will be letting you know our next Volleyball gathering.
Just a friendly reminder, our Annual Christmas Party is coming up this Saturday begin at 5:30pm, in Rm 103. This is the most anticipated event you don't wanna miss. If you haven't sign up on Invite you can still sign up with Raquel Marquez( Christmas Party committee Chair) by contacting her at 626-484-1619 or email rmarquez410@yahoo.com for detail.
