Hello Friends at Connections!

We had a great time at SeaWorld and Potluck party last weekend. Thank you Dave for bbq.

We will continue the "40 Days in the Word" series with Pastor Robert Morris from Gateway church in Southlake, TX this sunday. He will be teaching on Joshua 1:8.

By the way, College & Young Adults retreat @ Thousand Pine is coming up on Sep 21-23rd. Check the website @ http://www.thousandpines.com/programs/youngadultretreat/ or inserted flyer in your bulletin this Sunday!

Don't forget we will have the leadership meeting this Sunday after potluck at about 1pm.

There are couple of events happening this weekend. We will start off with SeaWorld this Saturday and Potluck party at Dave's house this Sunday. Good Morning Friends at Connections!

We will continue the "40 Days in the Word" series with Pastor Vance Pitman from Hope Baptist Church in Las Vegas, NV. Please read this week devotional passage Psalm 19:7-11 and share your thoughts in your small group.

Also, for those of you that have not been able to join us at our College Planning Meeting last sunday, you have been missed! We have College and Young Adults retreat coming up in September 21-23rd. I will let you guys know more detail next week.

Good Morning Friends at Connections!

I hope everyone had a good week. We had a great time at our camping trip last weekend. We all enjoyed the gorgeous view of the Sequoia Canyon.

We will continue the "40 Days in the Word" series with Pastor Derwin Gray from Transformation Church in Indian Land, SC. Please read this week devotional passage Proverbs 30:5 and share your thoughts in your small group.

Also, we will have our very first monthly Planning Meeting for College & Young Adults AT BUN N' BURGER Alhambra right after church this Sunday. I will share some exciting events and projects opportunity. As always, I encourage EVERYONE to come as your ideas and voices are important to all of us. Even if you can only stay a portion of the meeting, it's better than not showing up at all.
